Pancake Day 2024:
A Sizzling Success!
The 67th Annual Pancake Day, presented by the generous support of SHOE SHOW, INC. was surely a sweet one. This tradition is tried and true and we are thankful for all it represents in our town.
Each supporter played a vital role in making this year's event the most successful yet, and we're endlessly grateful for their generosity. We even hit a record-breaking 20 Grill Sponsors for this year’s event – the most in our 67-year history! An estimated 5,554 people walked through our doors on March 21 to join in on a celebration of community spirit and togetherness. The raffle pot reached a total of $5,856, leaving both our Club and the lucky winner with $2,928 each. Overall, it was an amazing time that still goes down as a Concord Holiday in our book!
Thank you so much to the sponsors, flippers, sausage cookers, Sun Drop pourers, raffle runners, checker-iners, merch slingers, syrup stockers, batter fillers, place mat putter-downers, and everyone who came out to slam a short stack for a good cause!

A Tournament that is Becoming a Tradition
What a swinging success at the 2024 Fireball Open Golf Tournament hosted at Cabarrus Country Club! Huge thanks to Todd and Alicia Carte for their generous support and dedication to our youth programs.
In one day, over $28,000 was raised for important youth programs, impacting more than 1,500 students. We are so appreciative of the Carte family, Cabarrus Country Club, the generous auction item donors, and all who work to make this special event possible. It is an honor to watch how the event has grown and an even bigger one to be part of it. This group is collectively making a huge difference in our community.
A Lucky First Year
We were honored to be selected as the beneficiary of The Afton Foundation’s Pub Crawl that was celebrated on St Patrick’s Day weekend. With their support – along with every attendee, sponsor, supporter, and volunteers – initial counts are estimating $5,000 was raised for vital youth programs here at the Club.
